Do not buy Ghost Pepper sauce and use it like Tabasco. Ghost peppers are one step below defensive pepper spray and rated at 1,000,000 Scoville units. Habeneros rate around 350,000 for comparison.

    Yeah, husband wanted new hot sauce last night and got more than anticipated. He put over a tablespoon in his soup. I think it cleared his sinuses! After which I looked it up to see just how hot the damn things were. Um, VERY.
