It’s Poetry Monday and St. Patrick’s day, which means…limerick time!
Happy St. Patty’s to you
Have a shamrock and a green beer, too
Eat corned beef and hash
Wear some green (just a dash)
And may the luck of the Irish touch you.

I like a dash of green!
😀
numbing nirvana
I’m wearing green – in honor of two Irish members of my family tree. Blessings to you, Charlene!
GT, a dash of green works with everything!
Julia, thank you! Here’s a nice Irish blessing:
“May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light.
May good luck pursue you each morning and night.”
Jumping into the room and waving my arms around wildly! Hi honey – I’m baaaacccccckkkk!
That was terrific limmerick… i say you rock but that doesn’t seem appropriate here… you High Step!
Rhi, welcome back! I think a jig or an Irish Reel would be appropriate. *g*
Happy St. Patty’s Day, or as they’d say in Ireland Slante (Spelling might be wrong-I’m spelling phonetically) 🙂
I think it’s Slainte, but who can spell Gaelic? Happy St. Patty’s Day, Ann!
