and bonus track for Earth Girls, Sick of Seattle by The Smithereens. Earth Girls is the cheater project I’ve been working on because I needed something campy and non-serious to get words rolling. It’s not a total waste of time, though, since it’s the sequal to Alien Love Slave. Still collecting songs for my Damned playlist, but I have two good ones to start off with!
Mine is up!
I love Rufus Wainright’s version of Hallelujah but have you heard Jeff Buckley’s? Oh man, I love his cover of it.
I haven’t heard Jeff Buckley’s. Must check that out! Off to read your 13.
I think this is the first time I’ve ever not only known ALL the songs on somebody’s list, but liked them all, too!
And I HEART ABBA!
Some great, diverse music there, Charli! Definitley mood music.
Shannon, ABBA rocks! Or discoes. Whatever. ; ) Can’t believe you know them ALL!
Diverse is such a nice way of saying it, NJ. ; ) I really like having the playlist to set the writing mood. And it makes it so much easier when edtis or whatever come and I need to get back in the book’s mindset. Just listen to the playlist and the feeling comes back!
