11. My laptop. I heart my laptop.
12. Hugs from small people.
13. The happy chatter of small people.
We’ve got a high wind watch so I may be offline due to stormy weather. Will catch up on comments later if that happens. Happy TT, everybody!
They all work for me except I’ll substitute tea for the coffee and my desktop for the laptop. *g*
Great list. Now where can I get some frosted cupcakes with sprinkles?
NJ, I make mine. Cake batter poured in muffin tins, bake, cool, frost and sprinkle! Sprinkle before the frosting sets and they’ll stick. Adding it later doesn’t work so well. *g*
The wind must be blowing from WA to South Dakota, it’s windy today here too ~ maybe it’ll blow a cupcake my direction 🙂
My small people are bigger people now, but I still love love love getting hugs from them every day!
The storm moving in is pretty huge, so maybe it will hit SD. Ah, imagine a wind that brings cupcakes. It would be a better world.
Hugs from people of all sizes are always welcome, but there’s something especially cute about somebody so short they can only hug your knee running up to give you one. *g*
I’ll go along with most of them, but I’m not so much into the small people thing. Unless you mean dwarves. 😉
Really great list. I like them all.
Lisa, don’t say dwarves, I couldn’t cope with 7 of them!
Mechele, it’s hard not to love coffee, chocolate, cupcakes…*g*
Great list!
Thanks, Jennifer.
Charli, does that mean you have 7 small people in your house?
Good lord woman! Can’t your man give you a damn break!
Coffee… chocolate… hugs… Yup, you’ve got all my favorites there, too! Hope the wind doesn’t carry anything important off. 😉
Vivi, I’d lose what little mind I have left if I had more than 2. *ggg*
Tracy, not so far but the wind’s picking up now. I shut down the desktop when the lights started to flicker. Never a dull moment…
Aw, great list, Charli! I totally agree with all of them. Now to enjoy the all at once.
Coffee, chocolate and cupcakes with a group of Vikings, aliens, Were’s and dragons where the ocean meets the mountains and reading an angsty book on the laptop while the small people play nearby. 😀
Nic, that’s perfect!
Great list. Good luck with the windy weather. I’m sitting here on the other coast trying to decide if I should turn on my A/C (which, IMO, is not a question that should need to be asked in October).
Ann, I can’t imagine AC in October! Of course, we started using the heat in August here, so…
So you guys still have power?
Oh, we just this week turned on the furnace for the first time. Picked our tomatoes – probably for the last time. The trees went from green to gorgeous to sticks in a week. We now have no grass…just leaves everywhere.
Our roses and butterfly bush are having a second bloom; it’s cool at night but still pretty decent in the afternoons and we haven’t had a hard frost yet. The leaves are still turning along the river.
Yep, we still have power, although it’s been flickering since this afternoon! The 2nd storm front is moving through tonight, hopefully we’ll get through that without any issues.
Just keep that Coleman the those chocolates handy.
Thank god for my flash drive, we lost power over and over and the computer kept going down!
Lauren, bet you love your flash drive. I back everything up like a maniac, and I power down and unplug the desktop when it gets really bad. Love my laptop!
