It was a tri-birthday event. Dad, myself, and my now-three-year-old. (Apparently labor and birthday cake go well together across the generations)
From fabulous SIL, this stress relief kit which includes inflatable bat. Every writer needs one. (Yes, I am wearing my All Your Base tee shirt. I am a grownup.)
Here’s the three year old, already a book junkie, who opened her Angelina Ballerina book and immediately ran off to read it.
Cheers to the year ahead!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHARLI!!! 😀
Thank you, Jordan!
Happy birthday!
Thanks, Lori!
Happy Birthday 🙂
Erin, thank you. It was a good birthday for all three of us!
Belated happy birthday to you–and the little one!
Sounds like a ton of fun!
Happy birthday a little late, Charli. Your daughter’s too cute. 🙂
Happy Belated Birthday to all three of you, Charli!
Hugs,
jan
Thanks for all the birthday wishes! Probably nothing will ever top the birthday I spent in labor while my first book in print hit shelves (waves at anthology mate Jan) but each year is memorable in its own way. I find it hard to believe my baby is already three. She’s such a little moppet.
Happy Belated Birthday!!!! It looks like you had a wonderful day 🙂
Thanks, Steph! : )
Sorry to be so late wishing you this, but Happy Birthday, Charli! And you MUST update your author photo…you’re hair is long. All the ones I’ve seen of you your hair is short.
Patrice, I do have to update. The photo on my site is from the infamous Blue Hair era wherein I accidentally dyed my hair…blue. And cut it short and waited for it to grow out. *ggg* Normally, it’s long, curly and red. And thanks! Another year older and still gainfully employed, woot!
