I’m working on the next novella in the Take Me, Lover series. Then I shift gears to Red Queen. All Neuri, all the time. Well, except for all the other shifters and assorted creatures who belong in that world, too.
Take Me, Lover is all in this world, though, and I’m working on Take Me, Lover #3, Adventure Lover. It’s going to be fun to go from real world to werewolves and leshii and monsters, oh my.
I’ve enjoyed all the variety in my schedule over the last month, but I am looking forward to settling back into a full length novel set in a fictional world I know and finding out what new surprises it holds.
Most of all, though, it’s just fun to be a writer at work.
Having fun at work is important. Loving what you do is important. It’s awesome that you get both!
Annmarie, it took a lot of thought and making changes to get here. A year ago I was so miserable I almost quit the biz altogether. So I’m kinda reveling now. *g*
